Cathy

Cathy Fontenot is an assistant warden of inmate programming and public relations at the Louisiana State Penitentiary at Angola. She has worked for Warden Cain for 16 years having spent one year working with juvenile offenders as a Director of a secure care facility for males including those serving juvenile life.
