Inmate Concert Celebrates New Year
In Russia, prisoners put together a concert for the New Year that is open to inmate relatives. Dmitry Zhdanov, deputy warden says:
Every inmate here has a personality. We try our best to help them show that personality through music, theater, or in any other creative way.
